Torrid Marine Hot Water Heater. Leaking hot water tanks are not a good thing…so this early this year we put on a new water heater from Torrid Hot Water Heaters.
Last year, we put on another Manson anchor and got rid of our rusty, ineffective CQR anchor. This time we got the Manson Boss anchor…for its holding in weeds, and becuase it fit on our bow with the Supreme.We have used it a few times in the last year and seems to be as good as the Supreme.

Our Manson Supreme 60 Pound Anchor has never ever dragged. That’s a first for any anchor we have tried in more than 50 years of combined sailing years!
We liked our Manson Supreme so much, that when our old CQR finally bit the dust, literally, rust dust…we went back to Manson for our secondary anchor. We now have a Manson Boss Anchor on our bow roller too!
When we Dismasted, rather than using an insulated backstay again, we decided to use the Kiss GAM split lead antenna. It has done everything it’s suppose to do. We installed it on our new backstay after simply sliding the old one off the old stay, putting up the new backstay and sliding the new one back up the stay!
The BadElf GPS communicates by BlueTooth to all of my devices onboard, including my IPad to provide position data. It’s the perfect little device, and incredibly precise.
