  1. Hello, again.
Just finished watching the boat defense vid.
One thing the paint ball guy didn’t mention is that you can used compress air canisters for paintball guns. This means if you have a dive compressor you can refill the compressed air tanks indefinitely. Also, you then would not have to go looking for Co2 cartridges or someplace that can fill Co2 cartridges.

The compressed air guns are quieter. The are two types of paintball systems Co2 which Is a short burts of highly compressed gas. Whereas compressed air is are large flow of less compressed gas which is quieter.

Also, for travelling between countries you don’t call paintball guns “guns” they are called paint ball “markers” In the US they are used for marking cattle. So declaring them as a “marker” , like calling a flaire pistol somthing else, makes it easier crossing boarders. Like i did from Canada to the US.

Getting hit with a paintball the is propelled at some 450 feet per second anything under a distance of 20 feet is going to hurt real bad but won’t break any bones.

Some of the paintball markers can shoot up to “claimed” 25+ rounds a second.

A paint ball gun can be set to a higher than 450fps which will give you a great distance. A good non lethal crowd control method if you spray crew or the bridge of a boat coming to close or along side.

I hope this may help if you are deciding on a marker.

  3. Took a look at your sight! Really like the yellow “safety” version! Thanks for your comment! Would like to know how pepper spray compares to “tear gas”. And would like to know…are these 7%? 10% equivalent?
